Product Description:
1.The hot riveting machine uses electric heating to transfer heat from the heating plate to the hot riveting head. The hot riveting head heats the rivet post, causing it to melt. Then, air is blown to cool and solidify it, forming a rivet head, a device for fixing products.
2.The hot riveting machine is equipped with multiple temperature controllers to achieve single-point temperature control, accurately controlling the temperature of each heating point. During welding, the temperature can be set within the range of 0 to 600°C according to actual needs. Precision digital temperature controllers control the temperature, ensuring that the temperature difference does not exceed ±3 °C.
3.The hot riveting machine is equipped with a precision digital time controller to control the pressing time, with an adjustable wide time range.
4.The hot riveting machine uses four-column guided auxiliary pressing to ensure product quality.
